The British-Polish Chamber of Commerce together with the British Embassy, and Profitia, is pleased to invite you to a workshop Regulation That Work: UK Experience, Polish Practice for legal and procurement professionals. Across two engaging sessions, our experts will share practical UK experience and solutions to inspire and support Polish officials from private and public sectors.

Across two engaging sessions, our experts will share practical UK experience, real-world solutions, and approaches designed to support professionals from both the public and private sectors in Poland.

The programme will include three focused workshops:
• Regulatory Framework Workshop
• Economic Regulation Workshop
• Local Content in Public Procurements

This is a unique opportunity to exchange experiences, gain practical insights, and explore how regulation can work more effectively in day-to-day practice.

You will look at how the UK designs and tests regulation to achieve policy goals without unnecessary costs for business or the public sector, using tools such as impact assessments, options analysis and

postimplementation review.

You will explore how economic regulation can support competition, investment and market access, drawing on UK experience of balancing public policy objectives with pro-growth regulatory frameworks.
