International Speed Business Mixer in Gdańsk

On behalf of all the organising chambers and partners, we are delighted to invite you to the next International Speed Business Mixer, which will take place in the vibrant city of Gdańsk!
Highly popular among chamber members, Speed Business Mixers offer a dynamic and effective networking platform. This engaging format provides a unique opportunity to forge new professional connections and strengthen existing ones. Following the structured meeting rounds, participants can continue conversations in a relaxed, social setting while enjoying a selection of delicious food and beverages.
The event features three 20-minute structured sessions designed for maximum efficiency. Each participant will be assigned to a group of up to ten professionals, and will have two minutes to introduce their company. After all the presentations and business card exchanges, participants will move to their next group according to a personalised schedule.
Important:
- To participate, all attendees must complete the registrtion form with matchamaking option. This will ensure that you are paired with the most relevant business contacts.
- Please note that only one representative from each company can join the Speed Mixer section of the meeting. Other representatives from the same company are welcome to join the networking session.

Event regulations:
- Only one representativefrom each company can join the Speed Mixer part of the meeting, regardless of how many chambers they are affiliated with. A second representative from the same company is welcome at the networking part
- Upon arrival, each participant registered for the Speed Business Mixer, will receive a personalised meeting schedule. The organisers will make every effort to create a schedule that best aligns with the preferences indicated on the registration form, however, there is no guarantee that all preferences can be accommodated.
- Participants will be divided into groups of up to 10 people. In one round, each participant will have 2 minutes to introduce their company. After all participants in the group have presented (approximately 20 minutes) and exchanged business cards, participants will move to the next group according to their individual schedules. The number of groups depends on the total number of participants.
- Participation cost for BPCC Members is 250 PLN; For non-affiliated companies, the cost is 500 PLN net per person.
- Due to the limited number of places, persons who confirm their attendance but do notparticipate and do not cancel their participation by 07 04.2025, will be invoiced 250 PLN net (for members) or 500 PLN net (for non-members) to cover the costs.
- Persons interested in participation must complete the registration form by 07. 04.2025.
