International law firm Clifford Chance advised R.Power on its recent investment transaction with Three Seas Initiative Investment Fund S.A. SICAV-RAIF (3SIIF). Under the terms of the deal, 3SIIF will invest EUR 150m in R.Power, one of the fastest-growing companies on the European market of large-scale solar energy, and become a minority shareholder in the company. R.Power’s current shareholders will retain a majority stake and continue to manage the company, while 3SIIF will have the option to increase its investment to a total of EUR 250m. Amber Infrastructure, a UK-based specialist international investment manager, is the exclusive investment adviser to 3SIIF
