Dr Marcin Ciemiński, Partner, Warsaw: “We are very proud we advised Airbus Defence and Space on this precedent-setting project. This is the first acquisition of observation satellites by the Polish Government and an important step in increasing the country’s military security. On the legal side, this was a demanding project due to its novelty and complexity but it allowed us to fully utilize our cross-border sector expertise and gain invaluable experience in this important sector in Poland.”
