The next step in the BPCC’s public affairs strategy took place on 24 July 2024 in the form of an expert meeting at the Ministry of Climate and Environment. Representatives of the chamber’s public affairs group had the opportunity to discuss with representatives of the departments of planning and strategy, air protection and climate negotiations, how to adapt to climate change. Topics discussed included urban policy, renewable energy, electromobility and innovation, power generation, EU funds, waste management, forestry and hunting, and international affairs.
The formula of an expert seminar, with presentations by individual specialists in the areas under discussion, allowed the meeting to explore the various fields previously reported by members of the chamber’s Public Affairs Group. The discussions covered Poland’s energy transformation, renewable-energy development prospects, electromobility development and EU legislation.
The BPCC would like to thank the representatives of the Ministry of Climate and Environment for the enormous amount of work they put into preparing this highly interesting and substantive meeting and for the time they devoted to us. Together, we have created a new platform for the exchange of information and cooperation.
