Addleshaw Goddard (AG) has advised INVESTIKA Real Estate Fund, the largest Czech and Slovak non-bank, open ended mutual real estate fund, acting in cooperation with its joint venture partner, BUD Holdings SA., on the acquisition of the second phase of Centrum Południe office building in Wrocław from Skanska Commercial Development Europe.

The 21,500 sqm asset, located in Wrocław’s prominent Powstańców Śląskich business district, is virtually fully leased, with the majority of space occupied by BNY Mellon. Developed as an environmentally friendly project, Centrum Południe boasts a high sustainability profile, demonstrated by certifications including LEED Platinum (with the second highest score in Europe), WELL Gold, and Object Without Barriers.

The AG team was led by Ewa Sinkiewicz (managing associate) and Bartosz Boenigk (senior associate) with essential support from Aleksandra Stanulewicz (associate) from the Warsaw real estate practice. The team also included Szymon Sieniewicz (counsel, head of TMT/IP practice) and Marcelina Sługocka (associate) from the TMT/IP practice.
