“Benefiting from its prime location and large spaces with ample natural light, Crown Square enjoys strong interest from tenants. In 2020 it had its communal areas and reception lobby refurbished to add modernity and prestige to the property. Crown Square can be a flagship address for both large and smaller companies wanting to run a business in the very heart of the Wola business district,” says Monika Wakulska, Associate Director, Landlord Representation, Office Agency, Savills.
Crown Square is a thirteen-floor building offering over 16,000 sq m of class A+ leasable space and 220 parking spaces in a three-level underground car park. The building has received a BREEAM In-Use certificate with an Excellent rating. M&A Capital is the Asset Manager for the property.
