Crown Square, an office building located near Rondo Daszyńskiego metro station in Warsaw, will welcome three new tenants: Foodcom, Orifarm and Avenga. The landlord was advised on the transactions by real estate advisory firm Savills.

Foodcom is a Polish distributor of dairy products to wholesalers and retailers. The tenant, advised by CBRE, leased approximately 1,000 sq m of office space in Crown Square.

Orifarm is an international pharmaceutical company offering over the counter pharmaceuticals and medicinal products for primary and specialist healthcare. Orifarm’s office comprising around 400 sq m will be located on the 12th (top) floor of the building.

Avenga was established in 2019 through a merger of four companies as an international IT and digital transformation technology group. The tenant, advised by Colliers, leased approximately 300 sq m in the building.

“Benefiting from its prime location and large spaces with ample natural light, Crown Square enjoys strong interest from tenants. In 2020 it had its communal areas and reception lobby refurbished to add modernity and prestige to the property. Crown Square can be a flagship address for both large and smaller companies wanting to run a business in the very heart of the Wola business district,” says Monika Wakulska, Associate Director, Landlord Representation, Office Agency, Savills.

Crown Square is a thirteen-floor building offering over 16,000 sq m of class A+ leasable space and 220 parking spaces in a three-level underground car park. The building has received a BREEAM In-Use certificate with an Excellent rating. M&A Capital is the Asset Manager for the property. Savills is the exclusive leasing agent for office space in the building.
