Tremco CPG, a group of leading construction chemical brands for professional contractors including illbruck, Flowcrete, Nullifire, Tremco, Vandex, Dryvit and Nudura, is forming a single organisation in Poland. On 1 April 2026, Tremco CPG Poland Sp. z o.o. and Dryvit Systems USA (Europe) Sp. z o.o. officially merged. This step marks the culmination of the process of establishing Tremco CPG Poland as a company that provides architects, main contractors and developers with comprehensive project support.
Tremco CPG is a division of RPM International Inc., a leading global supplier of building products to professional and individual customers. The group manufactures and supplies high-quality solutions for the six main parts of a building, including waterproofing, resin flooring, external wall insulation systems, materials for sealing, bonding and insulating windows, doors and façades, passive fire protection solutions and insulating concrete forms (IFC), and also offers services, support and technical advice.
The organisation’s establishment in Poland began in 2020, when Flowcrete Polska changed its name to Tremco CPG Poland, creating the group’s Polish subsidiary. Subsequent stages involved the gradual integration of the companies responsible for the individual brands. The formal merger of Tremco CPG Poland Sp. z o.o. and Dryvit Systems USA (Europe) Sp. z o.o. marks the culmination of this process. Tremco CPG in Poland is headed by Barbara Radziwon, President of the Polish company and Managing Director of Tremco CPG Eastern Europe, responsible for the company’s development in Central and Eastern Europe, who has been with the organisation for over 20 years.
“Since 2019, we have been preparing to establish a single organisation in Poland through increasingly close cooperation between the teams responsible for individual product brands. Our company’s strengths lie in our people, who are leading experts in their fields, in our high-quality customer service, and in our innovative construction industry products. I am convinced that as one team we will be able to capitalise on synergies even more effectively and strengthen our market position in Poland and across Central and Eastern Europe. We are Tremco CPG’s main production, logistics and distribution hub in this region,” – said Barbara Radziwon.
Following the merger, Tremco CPG Poland employs over 200 people and operates three sites across Poland: a production plant and a logistics and distribution centre for Flowcrete resin flooring in Warsaw; a manufacturing plant for Dryvit external wall insulation systems in Krze Duże, near Radziejowice; and an illbruck plant in Legnica. Tremco CPG Poland’s headquarters are located in Warsaw. The company also has a sales office in Krakow.
