Mateusz Machalski, an attorney and tax consultant, has joined Dentons’ Tax Advisory group in Warsaw as a counsel. He will be responsible for the development of indirect tax services, especially VAT.

Mateusz Machalski has 12 years’ experience in advising domestic and foreign clients from the financial, FMCG and IT sectors on indirect taxes and tax strategies. He assists clients with  day-to-day tax advice and transactional consulting, the preparation of tax procedures and tax reviews, as well as the implementation of technology solutions for managing taxes. He has represented clients in numerous proceedings before tax authorities and administrative courts.
