The BPCC’s traditional end-of-summer business mixer was held three weeks later than usual at the hotel Mamaison Le Regina, Warsaw. The original idea was to organise the event immediately after the BPCC’s Annual General Meeting, which this year was held on 15 September. Unfortunately, this occurred during the official period of mourning following the death of Queen Elizabeth; the AGM went ahead but the mixer was postponed by a week.
There was a good turnout for the networking, which was also a chance for members to meet the BPCC’s new chairwoman, Aneta Jóżwicka. After opening the event together with the BPCC’s CEO Paweł Siwecki, she introduced herself to many of the guests present. Aneta expressed her delight at her new role, saying how honoured she felt to be able to serve as the chamber’s first-ever chairwoman.
Wine on the night came courtesy of BPCC member Peter Puławski’s Dobre Wina; as always, the ambience and atmosphere and fine food at the hotel Mamaison Le Regina ensured an enjoyable evening.
