International Speed Business Mixer

On behalf of all organising chambers and partners, we are delighted to invite you to the upcoming edition of the International Speed Business Mixer – this time in the dynamically developing city of Wrocław.

Popular among chamber members, speed business mixers offer an effective networking platform, by introducing many potential partners in a short time. This format provides an opportunity to forge new professional connections and strengthen existing ones. Following the structured meeting rounds, participants can continue conversations in a relaxed, social setting while enjoying a selection of delicious food and beverages.

The event features three structured 20-minute sessions designed for maximum efficiency. Each participant will be assigned to a group of up to ten professionals, where they will have two minutes to introduce their company. After all presentations and the exchange of business cards, participants will move to their next group according to a personalised schedule.

Regulations of the International Speed Business Meeting on 02.04.2025

Wyndham Wroclaw Old Town, Świętego Mikołaja 67, 50-127 Wrocław

1. Only one person from each company interested in the meeting can take part. The second part of the meeting – the Business Mixer – can be attended by a second additional person from the company.
2. On the day of the meeting, upon arrival, each participant will receive an individual interview schedule. The organizers do not guarantee a meeting with companies from the industry the participant has marked on the application form.
3. Participants will be divided into groups of up to 10 people. In each group, the respective participant will introduce himself/herself to the other members of the group in an approximately 2-minute speech. After about 20 minutes and the exchange of business cards with the participants of the respective group, each participant will move on to the next group, according to the individual schedule presented at the beginning. The number of groups in which a participant will be able to present his/her own company will depend on the number of applications.
4. The interviewees will be divided into groups established on the basis of the completed application form. However, the organizers do not guarantee a meeting with the companies from each of the sectors the participant has marked on the form.
5. Interviews will be conducted in Polish and/or English.
6. The cost of participation in the meeting is free of charge for member companies of the organisers’ chambers.
7. Due to the limited number of spots, individuals from companies affiliated with the British Polish Chamber of Commerce and invited guests from outside the organisation (with exception of guests invited by sponsors: Globalworth, VAT IT and Berlits Poland) who confirm their attendance but do not participate and fail to cancel by March 26, 2025, will be invoiced 250.00 PLN net.
8. Interested individuals are kindly requested to complete the registration form by March 26, 2025.
