Events From Pilot to Production Trust: Implementing AI Products in Regulated Enterprise.

The British Polish Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with VML, is pleased to invite you to a webinar exploring the full journey of implementing AI products in enterprise environments – from identifying genuine business needs and delivering a meaningful MVP, to scaling solutions across local and global teams, while building trust in systems where accuracy, reliability and practical value matter far more than hype.

This webinar covers the end-to-end journey of implementing AI products in enterprise environments, from understanding what the client actually needs, through MVP delivery, to scaling across global and local teams. Drawing on real experience as a Product Manager at Brand Guardian, the session addresses why most enterprise AI initiatives stall after the pilot (hint: it’s not the technology) and what it takes to build lasting trust with users who are sceptical, busy, and measured on accuracy, not innovation.

What the audience will learn

  • AI limitations are a feature, not a bug– how to set honest expectations about what AI can and cannot do, and why that honesty is the foundation of every successful program.
  • Process first, AI second– before automating anything, you need to understand the client’s current workflow. What are the key factors for selecting the right processes to automate? What makes a process a good candidate vs. a bad one?
  • The three layers of accuracy– a practical framework:
    • Technical accuracy– model-level metrics (precision, recall, F1).
    • Business-level accuracy– does the output match the business rules and domain expectations?
    • User-perceived accuracy– does the end user trust what they see? One bad result can undo 99 good ones.
  • The deterministic challenge– AI is probabilistic; enterprise processes expect determinism. How to compose automations from simple (rule-based, deterministic) to complex (LLM-driven, probabilistic) and layer them so that trust builds gradually.
  • Feedback loops that actually work– how to design, manage, and scale a feedback loop that improves the product over time without overwhelming the user.
  • Roles for success– what roles need to exist on both the vendor and client side for an MVP and later phases (product, engineering, QA, domain SME, change champion).
  • Client communication– how to talk about AI with stakeholders who don’t care about models but care deeply about cost, accuracy, and risk.
  • The over-promise trap– what happens when competitors or internal teams claim full automation at low cost, and how to position an honest, accuracy-first approach against that narrative.
