Kochański & Partners invites you to a meeting during which Europe’s new digital architecture and its implications for business will be presented. The discussion will feature experienced in-house experts, market leaders, and digital transformation practitioners who will demonstrate how law and technology intersect in business decisions.

- NIS2: Cybersecurity and management board responsibility. Key managerial requirements, ICT outsourcing, incident reporting, in particular governance and sanctions
- AI Act: Responsibilities and risks of AI systems. High-risk systems, compliance by design, the impact on GDPR, in particular classification, prohibitions, PII
- Data Act: The new right to data and cloud services. Data sharing, the IoT, changes in cloud contracts and interoperability, particularly with regard to data management and contracts
- GDPR 2.0: The intersection of the GDPR with the AI Act and the Data Act. The exercise of rights, automated decisions and data minimisation, with a focus on continuity, compliance and consistency
