EuropaProperty is proud to announce the 15th annual CEE Investment Awards Gala, taking place at the Intercontinental Hotel in Warsaw on October 30th 2025. Recognized as one of the most important real estate events in Central and Eastern Europe, the gala gathers over 300 top-tier industry professionals to celebrate excellence in investment and sustainable development across the region.

This year’s event highlights the growing appeal of the CEE region—especially Poland—as a hub for international real estate investment. Strong economic fundamentals, competitive pricing, and increased interest from investors are driving momentum. Optimism is rising in all markets and sustainability is increasingly a core priority.

The CEE Investment Awards are the only accolades in the region that specifically honor outstanding achievements in real estate investment.
