Creative Business Network by Filmteractive
Establishing business relationships, sharing knowledge, creativity. Creative Business Network is an event aimed at executives and business owners from the digital creative sector. For those looking for new partners for further business development. In 2023, the theme will be European cooperation. Participants will be introduced to the creative sectors of the European Union and the United Kingdom. The meeting will be held at the Targowa Creativity Centre at 56 Targowa Street in Warsaw.
The Creative Business Network is an extension of Filmteractive, an event that for 12 years has been helping the creative sectors in their digital transformation and connecting them with business. Since its establishment, Filmteractive has taught how to adapt new technologies in creative industries with a focus on marketing, advertising, design, fashion, film producers, game publishers, music, and startups. It also looks at artists, who in their practice and experimentation often go outside the box and pave the way for new ideas and projects.
“We have felt the need to move activities back to the real world for a long time. Transferring knowledge and sharing best practices online worked great during the pandemic. However, post-pandemic, with the recession looming, the creative sectors need to rely even more on cooperation among themselves and with so-called big business. Not only in Poland but also abroad. That’s why we decided to launch a new event that will facilitate cooperation and networking in Poland and abroad.” – says Olgierd Cygan, the originator of Filmteractive.
The Creative Business Network in 2023 is primarily a meeting with people directly involved in supporting and developing the European creative sector. It will be represented, among others, by the key Polish (IAB Poland, SAR, Digital Poland Foundation, Targowa Creativity Centre), European (Creative Europe Desk Poland) and British (Advertising Association, British Council, British-Polish Chamber of Commerce, Creative Scotland, UKAEG) organizations and their members. This is a great opportunity to meet new partners, but also to learn how the creative sectors operate in Poland, the European Union and the United Kingdom.
The event is under the honorary patronage of Lodz Mayor Hanna Zdanowska and the British Embassy. It will be held in the extremely inspiring space of the Targowa Creativity Centre in Warsaw, Poland.
Free registration is required for the event to confirm participation by the organizers. A detailed agenda is available at www.filmteractive.eu.
