Real estate BPCC’s Real Estate & Construction working group

The BPCC’s Real Estate & Construction working group meeting for Q4 2024 Q1 2025 will be held on Wednesday 14 January at the offices of Dentons, ul. Zajęcza 4 (5th floor), Warsaw. After a welcome and introduction from the hosts, participants introduce themselves and the companies they work for and then describe the current state of commercial real estate and construction market in Poland as they see it. They will be able to hear from each other about how they see investment sentiment capital flows and inbound FDI; what sectors are of greatest interest to investors and developers; how leases are shaping up, vacancy rates and yields; building materials – their prices and availability; the labour market in construction, and the big macro trends as we look forward to 2026.

We invite asset managers, building-material producers, contractors, developers, financiers, investors, insurers and commercial real-estate advisors to take part and exchange experiences from across the market. The meeting is held under the Chatham House rule to encourage open sharing of insights,

The Real Estate & Construction group is one of the BPCC’s most active groups, and the round-table meetings are held quarterly to map out topics of interest for future substantive events. There will be time for networking after the round-table discussion.

Agenda:

9:30 – 10:00 Registration; networking over coffee
10:00 – 10:20 Introduction and welcome –
Michael Dembinski, chief advisor, BPCC, and Piotr Staniszewski, Real Estate Partner at Dentons
10:20 – 11:30 Round-table discussion – state of trade, market sentiment, trends for 2026
11:30 – 12:00 Networking, exchanging business cards

We kindly request that representatives of other law firms refrain from registering (of course other law firms who are members of the BPCC are more than welcome to host future events for the real estate and construction sector from Q2 2026 onwards!)

The meeting will be conducted in English or Polish, depending on who registers.
