Real estate advisory firm Savills has been appointed as sole letting agent for office space in the three buildings of Business Garden Wrocław, owned by the ISOC Group. Savills has also been the property manager for the first phase of the project since mid-2019.

Due to the recent growth of interest in online shopping driven by the coronavirus pandemic, a leading logistics operator in Poland has decided to expand its warehouse footprint by leasing 15,000 sq m of temporary space in Prologis Park Piotrków Trybunalski I. Real estate advisory firm Savills assisted one of e-commerce leaders in Poland in the leasing process.

Rise.pl, a provider of coworking spaces and serviced offices on flexible lease terms, is entering the Łódź market. It will take occupancy of 2,100 sq m in Stara Drukarnia office building, a freshly refurbished post-industrial property. Savills advised on the transaction.

The number of state-owned companies relying on modern office space is on the rise, reveals real estate advisory firm Savills. The public sector and state-owned firms more than doubled their share in office take-up in Warsaw in Q1-Q3 2020 compared to last year. What’s more, Savills estimates that negotiations are pending for more than the amount of office space leased by this sector in the nine months to September 2020.

Esaliens Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. has leased an entire floor in Warecka 11A, central Warsaw, for its new head office. It is planning to relocate to the new 500-plus sq m office at the end of Q1 2021. The landlord was represented during the lease transaction process by real estate advisory firm Savills.

A quarter of all modern warehouse and industrial space in Poland was transacted in 2020, says real estate advisory firm Savills in its latest report. Despite the pandemic, take-up hit record levels last year, reaching more than 5 million sq m, while Poland’s total logistics stock surpassed the 20 million sq m mark.
