Savills expects over 5.7m sq m of new European office space to be completed in 2022

According to Savills latest research, over 5.7m sq m of new office space will be completed in Europe in 2022, of which 49% is currently prelet. In Warsaw, Savills forecasts that a rebound in demand and an undersupply of new office stock will translate into visibly shrinking availability.

Polished concrete or resin floor – which solution works better in which conditions in commercial facilities?

Clifford Chance advised on R.Power's latest green bond issue

International law firm Clifford Chance advised mBank on the issue of two series of green bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 75 million by R.Power. The bonds were taken up by Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego and mBank. The funds raised will be used to develop a portfolio of projects in Poland and abroad.

Balmoral Properties sells three office buildings of Browar Lubicz in Krakow

Global real estate advisory firm Savills has advised Balmoral Properties on the disposal of three office buildings of the Browar Lubicz complex in Krakow. The new owner of the property is French-based PAREF Gestion, which acquired it on behalf of SCPI Interpierre Europe Centrale.

Savills: the long-awaited recovery takes off on the Warsaw office market

The Warsaw office market is showing signs of a long-awaited recovery, says real estate advisory firm Savills. Office take-up hit 273,200 sq m in the first three months of the year, which were one the best-performing quarters in the history of the capital. Savills forecasts that with office availability continuously shrinking in the city centre, the market is set for further rental growth next year.
