Cliford Chance advised Pekao and EBRD on the financing of acquisition of Pemo and Lonia by Studenac
International law firm Clifford Chance has advised Bank Pekao and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development on the financing provided to the Croatian company Studenac for the purpose of acquiring Pemo d.o.o. and Lonia Trgovina d.o.o. Studenac is a portfolio company of the Enterprise Investors fund and operates a chain of grocery stores. Following the latest acquisitions, the chain will comprise over 1050 stores.
