Clifford Chance advised a consortium of banks on the financing of acquisition of a portion of logistics assets and portion of bitumen business from Grupa Lotos by Unimot Investments


International law firm Clifford Chance advised a consortium of banks composed of mBank S.A. (as facility agent, security agent, lender and arranger), Bank Pekao S.A. and PKO BP S.A. (as lenders and arrangers) in connection with the execution of an acquisition facility agreement of up to PLN 360 million. Funds obtained under the facility will be utilised, among other things, to finance the acquisition of a portion of logistics assets and part of the bitumen business from Grupa Lotos S.A. by Unimot Investments sp. z o.o. (a subsidiary of Unimot S.A.).
