Part I „Changes in regulations regarding contracts of employment”
Analysis of issues relevant to changes in the field of entering into and dissolving contracts of employment. Interpretation of transitional provisions.
Part II „Holiday provisions and parental benefits after amendments”
Analysis of changes to Labour Code regarding childcare-related holiday regulations. Interpretation of transitional provisions.
The meeting will be led by Michał Kibil, Barrister, Director of Labour Law Department at TGC Corporate Lawyers.
Michał Kibil supports Polish and international clients in matters related to the topic of employment. He started his career at TGC Corporate Lawyers in 2016. He has more than eight years of advisory experience in the field of labour law.
At TGC Corporate Lawyers, Michał Kibil assists clients in preparing contracts of employment, manager contracts and service contracts, conducting the process of redundancies (including collective redundancies), drafting work and remuneration regulations, collective agreements and other documents regulating the rights and duties of employees.
