Prepare for changes on the labor market in Poland

On 16 February, under the patronage of the BPCC a conference was held entitled ,,Prepare for changes on the labor market in Poland”. Participants had the unique opportunity to learn what and how determines both current and future situation.

The conference was held at the Wrocław branch of TGC Corporate Lawyers, where the speaker representing the host and LMI expert together undertook to present the analysis of the labor market and the upcoming changes, both in social and legislative terms.

Andrew Blatiak, representing the LMI company, aptly outlined the global changes affecting the future of the labor market in Poland, while citing possible scenarios for subsequent years. He emphasized the importance of such factors as the dynamic development of technology, the split between the education system and the requirements of business, and the emergence of new work models.

The following presentation was conducted by a representative of TGC Corporate Lawyers - Mateusz Brząkowski, Legal Counsel. Based on many years of experience of the organization, he summarized the current situation on the market, outlined the direction of changes in Polish labor law and connected difficulties. He also analyzed the proposals and projects for the coming years, including the Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data, as well as the introduction of electronic employee documentation.

In the crowning part of the event, guests were invited to participate in the networking and enjoy refreshments, with lecturers remaining at their disposal.
