Invited guests had the opportunity to listen to experts representing companies from different industries and find out how they position themselves as employers.
Tomasz Pokorny, the HR director representing the meeting’s host, Macopharma, described the employer branding process based on his own experience, emphasising the key points that need to be taken into account specifically in the production industry.
The following presentation was conducted by Natalia Hyla, talent recruitment manager at Credit Suisse. From the perspective of an international corporation, she listed good employee branding practices in the SSC and BPO sector on the basis of a case study of introducing Credit Suisse to the Warsaw market.
The next speakers were Aneta Dominiak-Gnojnicka and Agnieszka Borys-Gajda, both strength trainers at TaisjaLaudy & co. During the course of their presentation, they outlined techniques helpful in enabling the full potential of the employees – i. e. how discovering the personal strengths increases the ability of maintaining healthy work-life balance.
The final presentation was conducted by Michael Mathias (CEO) and Rafał Filas (key account manager) at Inter.Expert Polska. They introduced to the audience a new tool for initial evaluation and selection of candidates -- the European Employee Index, which allows to verify the applicants' reliability.
In the highlight of the event, guests were invited to tour the Macropharma factory, which amazed visitors with its modernity and high levels of safety and sterility.
