Vantage Rent’s investment at ul. Wagrowska 3a in Poznań, located near the Park Osiedla Armii Krajowej and green areas on the Warta River, offers 235 modern and comfortable apartments for rent. The building’s showcase is the façade distinguished by an attractive architectural design, refined aesthetics and high technical parameters. These effects were achieved, among others, using solutions by Dryvit, a leading expert in composite thermal insulation systems for external walls and façade materials.
Vantage Rent offers apartments for rent in attractive locations in Poland’s largest cities – Wrocław, Poznań and Łódź. The investment at ul. Wagrowska 3a in Poznań, commissioned in 2022, is located in a safe and green area with good connections to the city centre. With tenants in mind, it comprises comfortable and cosy apartments of various sizes, decorated in modern styles, with balconies. There is also an underground parking lot in the building.
The façade design includes a combination of three colours and three textures. On the ground floor and the first floor, i.e. at the eye level of people in front of the building, the effect of clinker brick in a warm, copper-brown shade was achieved. On the upper floors, the façade is dominated by white, with contrasting dark grey accents. The colours of the metal balcony balustrades, which have an openwork pattern with tiny holes, refer to the leading shades of plaster, i.e. brick and white, thanks to which the architectural expression of the building is coherent and orderly.
„In the case of investments in the PRS (Private Rented Sector), i.e. apartments for rent, a visually attractive façade is very important, because its appearance largely determines a good first impression. For us, as the owner, technical aspects related to durability are equally important: resistance to biological corrosion, adequate water absorption and vapour permeability, and a low heat transfer coefficient, which determines the building’s energy efficiency and lower electricity bills. For this reason, we decided to use a complete ETICS system from the renowned Dryvit brand that is present on the Polish market for over 30 years, and cooperate with a proven contractor,” – said Tomasz Lewandowski, Project Director at Vantage Rent.
In the investment at ul. Wagrowska 3a in Poznań, a composite external wall insulation system, Drysulation Pro, with increased impact resistance, was used. It consists of EPS polystyrene boards installed using Dryhesive Plus adhesive mortar and a Fibercoat reinforcing layer with a fibreglass reinforcing mesh. Then, carefully selected primers, plasters and façade paints were used to achieve the visual effects as planned in the project.
On the prevailing part of the façade surface, Hybrid plaster with a Sandpebble structure, dyed in white in the mass, was applied. Hybrid plaster is a coating using hybrid technology, i.e. combining the best features of acrylic, silicone and silicate plasters, such as high flexibility, durability and resistance to mechanical damage, and additionally providing a self-cleaning effect.
Silstar façade paint in the colour selected by the investor was used to obtain fields in a dark grey, anthracite shade. This paint is based on a silicone resin emulsion and protects the façade surface against weather conditions and the development of microorganisms. It has a very good quality of coverage and high resistance to scrubbing.
The brick effect was achieved with Custom Brick plaster in a carefully selected shade, laid on a template with a ½ Polish brick pattern. This ready-to-use plaster based on acrylic polymer is a flexible material resistant to dirt and biological corrosion and also retains colour durability under UV radiation.
The general construction company Dach Pol Maciej Lipski from Środa Wielkopolska, Dryvit Authorized Contractor, was responsible for the application of the Dryvit ETICS technology in the Vantage Rent investment project at ul. Wagrowska 3a in Poznań.
