Craft Restaurant and The Bridge Wrocław MGallery have received prestigious distinctions in the new edition of the Gault&Millau Poland 2026 guide. The restaurant was awarded two toques for the signature cuisine of Chef Igor Arent-Rabiej, while the hotel itself was recognized for its distinctive character and high standard.
The Bridge Wrocław MGallery is a five-star hotel located in the oldest part of Wrocław, in close proximity to the Cathedral and the Oder River. Its architecture combines raw materials – glass, leather, metal, and concrete – with modern functionality and numerous references to Wrocław’s heritage. Thanks to a long-standing collaboration with the National Museum in Wrocław, the interiors feature many elements inspired by Lower Silesian art. The hotel offers 184 rooms and suites, a Summer Bar, a Sky Bar overlooking the Cathedral, as well as extensive conference and wellness facilities.
Craft Restaurant is the heart of the hotel. Chef Igor Arent-Rabiej’s cuisine is rooted in seasonal ingredients and close relationships with local suppliers. Classic Lower Silesian flavors are reinterpreted through a modern lens, defined by technical precision and unexpected compositions. The menu evolves with the rhythm of the seasons, and its signature style reflects a philosophy of simplicity and authenticity. A permanent highlight is the restaurant’s distinctive bread ice cream, made from surplus bread.
Gault&Millau is one of the world’s two most prestigious culinary guides. After a five-year hiatus, it has returned to the Polish gastronomic scene to set quality standards and recognize creative cuisine and culinary craftsmanship. On March 9, the Best Awards gala, combined with the launch of the Gault&Millau Poland 2026 guide, took place in Warsaw, bringing together 400 industry representatives, including the Executive Chef of Craft Restaurant and The Bridge hotel.
