International law firm Clifford Chance advised PAD RES, a Polish renewables developer, in connection with obtaining bridge financing in the amount of EUR 38 million to support the construction of 14 fully commercial solar PV projects.

The solar projects will have a total capacity of 76MWp, ranging from 1MWp to 14MWp, and will be spread across Poland and are expected to be completed by the end of 2024, with the construction of the first sites already underway.The funds will be provided by the French fund manager RGREEN INVEST through its short-term senior debt fund INFRABRIDGE III.
