The transaction marks a significant milestone in Green Factory’s expansion across Central and Eastern Europe. Following the obtaining of all required regulatory approvals, the Eisberg entities have officially joined the Green Holding Group, of which Green Factory is a leading member.
With this acquisition, Green Factory’s consolidated revenue is expected to exceed PLN 1.3 billion. The company now operates eight production facilities across the CEE region and employs over 1,500 people. The transaction strengthens Green Factory’s position in 12 regional markets, enhancing its ability to deliver fresh convenience food to millions of consumers daily.
Green Factory is a Polish family-owned business and a key entity within the Green Holding Capital Group. Its vertically integrated farm-to-table model spans farming operations in Poland and Italy, hydroponic innovations, food processing, packaging, and cold chain logistics. The acquisition of Eisberg’s facilities in Legnica (Poland), Gyál (Hungary), and Pantelimon (Romania) builds on previous strategic expansions in Ukraine, Lithuania, and Hungary.
