International law firm Clifford Chance advised Total Specific Solutions, a Dutch software group, in connection with the signing of an investment agreement with Sygnity, one of the leading companies in the Polish IT sector, and some of its shareholders, and the subsequent announcement of a tender offer for the purchase of all the company’s shares.
