We have just concluded another Business Breakfast at WSB Merito University in Wrocław, focused on creating a work environment that fosters efficiency. At the meeting, subtitled “A practical approach to implementing wellbeing in organisations”, experts shared their knowledge and experience from a variety of perspectives. Karolina Kanclerz, attorney-at-law and partner at PCS Paruch Chruściel Stępień Kanclerz, discussed the legal boundaries of employee availability in her presentation The Right to Be Offline. Dr Pawel P. Mlicki, senior consultant and mediator at Déhora Consultancy, highlighted the importance of working time management as a key factor in employee wellbeing. Klaudia Erd, HR generalist at Holisticon Poland, presented a case study When Technology Meets People, based on the Holisticon Connect project, while Alicja Żak from WSB Merito University spoke about self-regulation as a means of enhancing efficiency.
The event concluded with a lively Q&A session and afternoon networking. The discussions were so engaging that we simply have to meet again to continue them!
