– GoPort is a unique health and fitness centre located on ul. Parkowa in Śrem, close to the Municipal Stadium and the 1918–1919 Greater Poland Insurgents Park. This modern sports complex, spanning over 2,700 m², was developed utilising innovative construction technologies. In the facility, the ETICS system and Dryvit finishing materials were applied, enabling high technical performance and an attractive look of the façade, which was designed by Jacek Gawroński of A2architekci.
GoPort in Śrem is a sports and health care facility offering relaxation and well-being. Every detail of the building has been carefully designed to provide users with the utmost comfort. The centre employs trainers, dieticians, doctors and wellness specialists, and offers a wide range of services, including modern personal training, specialist medical care and spa treatments.
The facility was created for people who value a holistic approach to health and elegance, as well as a personalised service. GoPort’s philosophy is reflected in the building’s design. The façade features divisions reminiscent of stone slabs, achieved using a complex Dryvit external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS) with an Ameristone T decorative finish incorporating rustication.
GoPort features Dryvit’s flagship ETICS system, Drysulation Pro, which is based on polystyrene. Given the building’s green, park-like surroundings, a key feature of this solution is its resistance to microbial corrosion and harsh weather conditions, including driving rain. The system also offers increased impact resistance, making it ideal for areas particularly susceptible to mechanical damage, such as the ground floor and the entrance area.
The elegant architectural design of the GoPort building’s façade was achieved by applying Ameristone T finish in light shades of white granite and sandy travertine. This decorative finish is made from a mixture of coloured aggregates in an acrylic polymer binder and contains pearl mica flakes. When the sun’s rays fall on its surface, they create subtle blicks. The façade design was complemented by locally applied Silstar façade paint in white.
