The British – Polish Chamber of Commerce is looking to recruit a full-time Events Specialist, based in Warsaw.

The successful candidate will work in an international and dynamic business environment that supports professional growth and building relationships with partners from various industries.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Event planning, including setting objectives and schedules
  • Logistical organisation of events
  • Liaising with clients and partners to establish terms of cooperation
  • Securing sponsors and maintaining relationships with sponsors and suppliers
  • Preparing informational and promotional materials
  • Ensuring the event stays on schedule
  • Ensuring participant comfort and event quality
  • Managing event participant registration
  • Implementing measures to increase event attendance

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least B2 of English, Polish as native language
  • At least 3 years of experience in event planning
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work under time pressure and responsibility for the result
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Responsibility and independence
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility and ability to react quickly to changes
