The green modernization of the V Tower office building at 85/87 Chmielna Street has entered its decisive phase. The investors have selected Atlas Ward as the general contractor for the redevelopment of V Tower. The work began in January and is scheduled to be completed by the end of August. 

The revitalization of V Tower is an impressive project, undoubtedly one of the largest office property modernizations in the Polish market. As part of the redevelopment, the 21-story building, with a total area of 33,700 square meters, will be equipped with solutions and technologies that position it among the leaders in emission reduction and energy efficiency, meeting the latest ESG standards.

Atlas Ward’s scope of work includes extensive renovations on all floors. Teams will operate in the building’s main lobby and external areas. The project also encompasses renovating all installations, including electrical, low-voltage, sanitary systems, ventilation, and heating systems.

We are implementing decarbonization solutions and minimizing the building’s carbon footprint. V Tower operates on 100% renewable electricity. In partnership with Schindler, we are installing 19 state-of-the-art, energy-efficient elevators. The modernization works are planned to conclude in the summer, and we aim to hand over rental spaces to clients at that time,” says Karol Klin, Director of Commercialization at V Tower.

V Tower is a 21-story tower with a surface area of 33,700 sqm located in Warsaw’s Central Business District. The structure allows for flexible space arrangement, and extensive glazing ensures excellent interior lighting with natural light.

The building consists of a tower section and a podium, serviced by four additional, separate receptions that can be dedicated exclusively to tenants.
