Addleshaw Goddard has advised Stoneweg Europe Stapled Trust (SERT) on the successful divestment of Arkońska Business Park, a two-building office complex located in Gdańsk, Poland, for EUR 7.8 million.

The transaction is part of SERT’s ongoing strategy to streamline its portfolio by reducing exposure to non-core markets and B/C grade office assets, while focusing on logistics, light industrial, and data centres.

Arkońska Business Park, with a total lettable area of 11,710 sqm, represents a key milestone in SERT’s portfolio realignment efforts. The proceeds from the sale will be reinvested into higher-value strategies, further strengthening SERT’s portfolio and maintaining its disciplined capital structure.

The Addleshaw Goddard advisory team was led by Zuzanna Lipska, managing associate in the Warsaw real estate practice.
