Addleshaw Goddard (AG) has advised IROKO on the acquisition of a retail property in Chojnice, located in Poland’s Pomeranian Voivodeship.
The property comprises a retail and service building fully leased to Carrefour Polska sp. z o.o. The acquisition further expands IROKO’s European real estate portfolio, which focuses on diversified, income-generating assets backed by strong tenant covenants.
