Addleshaw Goddard has advised Develia S.A., one of Poland’s largest developers, on a preliminary sale agreement for the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Bouygues Immobilier Polska sp. z o.o., the Polish subsidiary of Bouygues Immobilier, one of the leading developers in France and Europe. The agreed purchase price is EUR 66.5 million.
Bouygues Immobilier Polska sp. z o.o. focuses on residential projects and, as of 31 December 2024, has investment potential comprising ongoing projects of approximately 1,300 units, and projects secured under preliminary agreements enabling the development of approximately 2,800 units. These projects are located in Warsaw, Wrocław, and Poznań.
