SummaryIn its latest resolution of 6 June 2012 (III CZP 22/12), the Supreme Court held that in the proceedings for an entry of shareholders of a limited liability company, owning individually or jointly at least 10% of share capital (only those shareholders are registered in the National Court Register), in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (hereinafter: “NCR”), the registry court may require the submission of an agreement transferring a share, or parts thereof, in the company.

The UKTI team at the British Embassy and the BPCC’s Transport Infrastructure and Logistics policy group held a meeting on 3 June to discuss the future of Poland’s rail infrastructure in the context of the EU’s current financial perspective.

On 9 April, the BPCC invited CEOs of major firms located in Poznań and Wielkopolska for a BPCC Chairman's Dinner, which was a chance to discuss the Chamber's growth plans for the region.
