“The relocation of mBank offices from several sites to a single head office will require taking steps to manage lease agreements signed for periods beyond the planned move. At the Stratos Office Center, mBank companies’ will vacate up to 4,750 sq m of office space which will become available in mid-2021. The Office Agency of Savills is conducting talks with potential tenants in cooperation with the bank’s representatives.

The Stratos Office Center is located in the very centre of Warsaw, at 5 ks. Ignacego Skorupki Street, between Konstytucji Square and Dmowski Roundabout. It offers a total of approximately 10,675 sq m, of which 9,730 sq m is office space. The Stratos Office Center has been BREEAM-certified.
