New leasing managers in Savills Retail Agency

Olga Garlej and Kacper Łycyniak have joined international real estate advisor Savills as leasing managers in Retail Agency. Kacper and Olga will be involved in commercialisation of new and existing shopping centres. They will be responsible for lease negotiations and lease extensions, on behalf of both tenants and developers.

Olga Garlej has joined Savills from Grupa PZU where, as a leasing management specialist, she monitored and renegotiated lease agreements and managed property databases. Her career in real estate began in 2007, first at redNet Management and later at Home Group and JG Management where she participated in commercialization of two shopping centres: Ferio in Legnica and Ferio Gaj in Wrocław. Olga graduated from the Real Estate University in Warsaw with master’s degree in Economics. She supplemented her education with a postgraduate studies in asset management at the Warsaw University of Technology. Olga is a certified property manager.

Kacper Łycyniak has over 6 years of experience in the real estate market. Prior to joining Savills, Kacper worked as a leasing executive at Balmain Asset Management where he was responsible for commercialisation of shopping centres and retail parks as well as leasing advisory. Earlier, as a leasing manager at Rank Progress Kacper leases 25,500 sq m of retail space in total. He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics with a diploma in property management.
