Linklaters advises Digital Realty's Interxion on the acquisition of Lamda Hellix

Linklaters has advised Interxion, a Digital Realty (NYSE: DLR) company and a leading European provider of data centre solutions, on its acquisition of Lamda Hellix, a Greece-based colocation and interconnection services provider in Southeastern Europe.

The acquisition provides Digital Realty with access to one of the region's fastest-growing markets and a gateway to an increasingly important connectivity hub.

Interxion is a Digital Realty Company which provides carrier- and cloud-neutral data centre solutions across EMEA, with 700 connectivity providers in over 100 data centres across 13 European countries.

Lamda Hellix is the leading provider of network-neutral data centre services in Southeastern Europe, which houses two innovative data centres in Athens and serves a wide variety of blue-chip customers.
