The parcels were acquired by: Atal (the purchaser of the land parcel in Katowice on Sokolska Street), INTERNATIONAL PARTNER SP. J. (acquired the land parcel in Cieszyn on M. Konopnickiej Street) as well as a confidential buyer (the purchaser of the area in Katowice on Ściegiennego Street).
