Information on the participation of SDZLEGAL SCHINDHELM in the Baltic Pipe project

SDZLEGAL SCHINDHELM law firm has successfully advised the contractor MAX STREICHER S. P. A. in the tender procedure for the construction of three gas compressor stations under the Baltic Pipe project, worth a total of over PLN 1 billion.

The ordering party, GAZ-SYSTEM, recognized the offer of MAX STREICHER S. P. A. as the most advantageous in terms of two compressors stations: Goleniów and Gustorzyn.

During the winning tender procedure, our client MAX STREICHER S. P. A. was advised by a team of experienced lawyers specializing in consultancy in the field of public procurement law as well as infrastructure and energy projects, including: Witold Sławiński - Advocate and Partner managing the Warsaw branch of the law firm and Tomasz Dąbrowski - Associate from the Wrocław office of the law firm.

Baltic Pipe is an international strategic infrastructure project aimed at creating a new gas supply corridor to Poland. The investment will enable the transport of gas from Norway to the Danish and Polish markets, as well as to end users in neighboring countries. At the same time, the Baltic Pipe will enable the transmission of gas from Poland to Denmark. The project is being carried out by the Polish gas transmission operator GAZ-SYSTEM in cooperation with Energinet - the Danish transmission system operator.
