Ethos with BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certificate

Ethos, a project by Kulczyk Silverstein Properties at Warsaw Three Crosses Square is both prestigious and excellent and this is proven by a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certificate which was recently obtained by the building at the design stage for both office and retail space.

Ethos was assessed in 10 categories of a multi-criteria system, including impact on health and well-being, energy and water saving capabilities, management and ecology.

Ethos will be completed in the second quarter of 2017. Savills is an exclusive agent responsible for leasing the office space in the building.

Ethos is located at Three Crosses Square in the center of Warsaw, between Nowy Świat street and the Sheraton hotel. The building is currently undergoing expansion and revitalization. The complex will offer over 17,000 sq m of modern A-class office and retail space in total. Typical office floor will comprise over 3,000 sq m and will be one of the largest available in the center of the city. The office part of the complex will be accessible from the Three Crosses Square side, with one entrance located in front of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. There will be reception adjacent to a 2-level café to welcome guests and tenants - a place to meet and exchange experiences. A business zone, with an exceptional view overlooking green Skarpa Wiślana or Rydza-Śmigłego Park, will provide privacy and tranquility necessary for work. At the same time one will be able the benefit from urban life at the Three Crosses Square with its trendy restaurants, shops as well as administrative, financial and diplomatic facilities. Ethos , will also have up to 8-meter high glass shop windows. Entrances to boutiques in the building will be facing the square in order to facilitate shopping  and increase the brands’ exposure. The facilities for tenants will also include parking places for bicycles and a large underground parking.
