Dassault Systèmes stays in Kapelanka 42B

Dassault Systèmes has renewed its 2,500 sq m lease agreement in the Kapelanka 42B office building, owned by a fund managed by REINO Partners.

Dassault Systèmes – also known as 3DS – is a subsidiary of the Dassault Group. The company specializes in 3D design and visualization software. 3DS created the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, which supports the company's applications in providing a full range of 3D modelling.

The tenant has been present in Kapelanka 42B since 2014.

"Krakow is a key business location for us. Extensive access to highly qualified IT staff in the country's second largest office hub encouraged us to think about the further long-term development of our operations in this city", comments Steffen Briese, Corporate Real Estate Manager, Dassault Systèmes.

Experts from JLL advised 3DS during the negotiation of lease terms.

"A well-connected office building with eye-catching architecture and modern technological solutions represent a very attractive proposition for tenants. Kapelanka 42B has both of these features which are of increasing importance on today's office market. In addition, the building is well-served by public transport meaning the city centre is within easy reach. Furthermore, recreational amenities, which are located nearby, offer good 'outside office hours' possibilities”, points out Adam Włochyński, Consultant, Office Agency, JLL.

Kapelanka 42B is a modern and an eco-friendly office building with a total leasable area of approximately 12,200 sq m, located in the south-western part of the city, near Skały Twardowskiego Park and Zakrzówek. In addition, the Tesco hypermarket is located in the immediate vicinity of the investment. Krakow’s ring road - the A4 motorway is approximately 6 km from the property, meaning other areas of the city as well as those further afield are easily accessible.
