Cushman & Wakefield’s Project & Development Services Department opens new branch in Wrocław

Due to a significant increase in market demand, and a growing list of projects in and around Wrocław, Cushman & Wakefield’s Project & Development Services (PDS) team in Poland is expanding outside Warsaw for the first time in its history. The company decided to open a new branch of their PDS Department in Wrocław.

Piotr Piprek with a background in Building Services and FM join Cushman & Wakefield as Project Manager as of May 1st.

Piotr Piprek is a professional with more than 10 years of experience in the implementation of projects both in Poland and on international markets (Germany, Austria, Greece) in engineering, including design, project and facilities management. He specializes in the Wrocław and district market, where he was a project leader for Amrest, Santander Bank, Invest Bank, Expander Cynamon Canteen and Starbucks. Piotr has excellent skills in project management, cost optimization, communication management and contractor management. He previously worked for CBRE, Credit Suisse and Skanska Property Poland.
