R&D – EU funds and Intellectual Property
This event will look at the details of the EU funds for R&D in Poland, and will explain how the programme will work, and will explore in detail the IP issues.
The EU’s 2014-2020 financial perspective earmarks €8.3 billion for Poland to be spent on R&D. EU funds are intended to be used to boost the innovation of Polish firms. One of the areas particularly promoted by EU is cooperation between business and universities in R&D projects. For business, a frequently-asked question related to EU-funded projects concerns the ownership of intellectual property arising from such collaboration. This event will look at the details of the EU funds for R&D in Poland, and will explain how the programme will work, and will explore in detail the IP issues.
