New Public Procurement Law – what does it mean for entrepreneurs?

On 12 July 2019, a long-awaited draft of the new Act – Public Procurement Law was submitted to the Sejm. It enters into force on 1 January 2021.

The new law introduces a number of key changes in relation to the current regulations, including new awarding procedures, changes in appeal proceedings, new conciliation proceedings regarding disputes arising from the performance of a contract, and a list of prohibited clauses.

Given the key importance of the new law for entrepreneurs participating in public  tenders – as regards both construction and service or supply contracts – Kochański & Partners invites you to attend a free business breakfast devoted to the most important changes and their consequences, in order to prepare yourself for what is about to come.
