Experts:

Małgorzata Justyńska – legal counselor, tax advisor, listener of Atlanta MBA program. Graduale of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Rödl & Partner employee since 2011, in 2014 included on the list of tax advisors and as of 2015 as a legal advisor at OIRP in Poznań. Specializing in company and contract law. Experienced in running customer service concerning a foreign capital, advises in Polish, German and English.

 

Katarzyna Małaniuk – legal counselor, Senior Associate at the Poznań branch of Rödl & Partner. Graduale of the Faculty of Law and Administration at both the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and the Viadrina European University in Frankfurt. Rödl & Partner employee since 2007, in 2009 enlisted as a legal advisor at OIRP in Poznań. Specializing in labor law, including collective labor law, as well as in advising Polish and foreign customers. Experienced in litigation (including the labor court), Due Diligence research, M & A transactions and supporting companies investing and reorganizing. Advises in Polish, German and English. Conducts trainings for entrepreneurs in the field of labor law.
