Key Performance Indicators for Organisational Wellbeing
Wellbeing@work Series with The Wellness Institute
Organisational wellbeing is often approached through the perspective of perks and benefits which are a nice-to-have add-on to “real” business operations. According to the saying that you cannot manage what you cannot measure, it becomes crucial to approach organisational wellbeing in a more business-like manner. To achieve this it is necessary to address organisational wellbeing effectiveness by defining its key performance indicators and measurement objectives.
This meeting is meant for those who want to learn the business thinking behind wellbeing. It will be invaluable for HR/employer branding/culture/talent management functions who are in need of arguments to influence their management boards and leaders responsible for allocating budgets for wellbeing initiatives. The workshop will consist of a powerpoint presentation followed by small group activities and sharing.
Participants will learn The Wellness Institute’s unique approach to wellbeing measurement, thus gain knowledge and confidence to address in-house wellbeing sponsors. Self-reflection, group problem-solving and experience sharing will allow participants to gain new momentum in advancing the wellbeing business case in their companies.
