Ireland, Switzerland and United Arab Emirates 2016 Seminar

Ireland, Switzerland & United Arab Emirates 2016 Seminar, jointly organized by the GESSEL Attorneys at Law and Premier Consulting Group, will present the details and advantages of three various tax-friendly jurisdictions, from various legal and political/geographical environments, being European (EU), European (non-EU) and Middle East.

The Seminar will offer an unique opportunity to get the first-hand information presented by representatives of Premier Consulting Group, as well as the Polish legal and tax aspects of using structures located in such jurisdictions, in particular from the CFC and GAAR perspective, presented by Dr. Janusz Fiszer.

SPEAKERS:

Mr. Stefano Grisoni, Managing Director, Premier Consulting Group, Ireland/ United Arab Emirates/ Switzerland. Stefano Grisoni pursued his degree in Business Administration at “Catholic University” of Milan (Italy) and is a member of the “Italian Association of Registered Auditors”, the “Italian Association of Financial Analyst (A.I.I.T.I.)“ and the “European Federation of Financial Analyst Societies (E.F.F.A.S.) “. Stefano has an extensive multi-jurisdictions professional experience and before set up his own company he has been working as a Tax Advisor in several multinational companies. Stefano is often invited to speak at conferences in Middle East, Asia, Europe and US.

Mr. Ivo Kraemer, Director, Premier Trust Sarl, Cham, Switzerland. Ivo Kraemer is Swiss national and achieved his Master of Law diploma at the University of Fribourg, Switzerland. After his studies, he has worked for the Wealth Planning Department of UBS AG, a.o. as Head of the Zurich Desk, and continued his career as Head of Market Europe with Clariden Leu Trust and with Credit Suisse Trust. After working a few years with an international Multi Family Office he is about to join Premier Group in order to head and manage its Swiss Office.

Ms. Norma Caiazza, Business Consultant, Premier Consulting Group, Dublin, Ireland. Norma has attained an L.L.B. in “International and Comparative Law “ at “University Federico II”, Naples (Italy), with thesis on the “Double Track between International and Islamic Law in matter of Copyright in the UAE” after a period of research conducted during an internship at Taylor Wessing L.L.P. (Dubai). After working a few years for several International Law Firms she joined Premier Consulting Group in its office of Dublin (Ireland).

Dr. Janusz Fiszer, Partner at the GESSEL Attorneys at Law, Warsaw. Dr. Fiszer is an attorney-at-law and certified tax advisor. He graduated from the University of Warsaw School of Law and Administration with distinction in 1980 and received his Ph.D. in Law degree there in 1986. Prior to joining the GESSEL Attorneys at Law in January 2014, during over 21 years Dr. Fiszer was associated with an international law firm White & Case, in which he was Partner from 1998 until 2012. From 2012 until the end of 2013 he was Partner at PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers), heading the firm’s International Tax Structuring practice department in Poland. Dr. Fiszer heads GESSEL's tax law practice. He specializes in international tax law and in tax aspects of M&A transactions. Dr. Fiszer is also an Associate Professor at the University of Warsaw School of Management, teaching financial law, including in particular Polish tax law and international tax law, as well as lecturing on international tax law matters at the postgraduate Taxes and Tax Law program at the School of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw and at the International Tax Strategies program at the Warsaw School of Economics. Dr. Fiszer is consistently listed in numerous international and Polish directories of leading law firms, lawyers and tax advisors – "Chambers Global", "Chambers Europe", "PLC Which Lawyer?", "World Tax – Ranking of Tax Advisory Firms and Tax Advisors", " Who’s Who Legal – The International Who’s Who of Business Lawyers", "Rzeczpospolita", "Dziennik Gazeta Prawna" and "Forbes". He is a member of the Chamber of Legal Counsellors in Warsaw, National Chamber of Tax Advisors, International Bar Association (IBA) and International Fiscal Association (IFA).
