How can we do better today that which we did yesterday and the day before?

The concept of continuous improvement in manufacturing is not new, but ways in which manufacturers implement it is itself evolving.

This meeting of Manufacturing Industries Group is aimed at manufacturers from different sectors of industry, to share insights and best practice with the aim of improving quality, reducing waste and energy usage, and engaging staff. The practical workshop-style session will be followed by a factory visit to see Linpac's Brzeg Dolny facility in action. Because of space restrictions, participation will be strictly limited to 12 practitioners from BPCC manufacturing members.
